Our proprietary deployment system allows for unprecedented speed. For a targeted, custom survey using our proprietary mobile panel, we can finalize instrument design, launch the poll, and deliver preliminary topline results within 24 to 48 hours. Full, weighted analysis and a strategic memo are typically delivered within 72 hours of launch.

What level of geographic and demographic targeting do you offer for state-level campaigns?

We specialize in granular state-level analysis. We offer targeting down to the Congressional District, State Legislative District, and even County/Municipal level using geo-fenced mobile panels and sophisticated voter file matching. Our analysis includes custom modeling for subsets like ticket-splitters, infrequent voters, and key ethnic/age cohorts.

Do you provide real-time access to the data, or only final reports?

We offer both. Our clients have the option to receive credentials for a secure, live-update dashboard (mockup dashboard) that provides access to rolling topline data as responses come in. This allows campaign managers and strategists to make rapid, data-informed decisions during critical periods. Final reports include strategic recommendations and predictive modeling.

What is StatesPoll's policy on data ownership and embargoes for media clients?

You own the data. All raw data and final analysis are the exclusive property of our client. For media partnerships, we work with you to establish a clear and mutually agreed-upon release and embargo schedule prior to the start of the project. We strictly adhere to these terms, ensuring the integrity and exclusivity of your scoop.
